2. Services & Regulatory Identity

MudraForge provides AI-powered agent development, WhatsApp Business API automation, and deployment services. We operate as a registered entity with MSME Udyam Registration (UDYAM-AR-10-0009768) and align our technical operations with the due diligence requirements for intermediaries under Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When using our services (including our Web Chat Widget, WhatsApp Bot, and Telegram channels), you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information.
  • Not use our agents for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our agent technology.
  • Ensure that your use of AI agents complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.
  • Not submit inputs containing hidden codes, malicious scripts, prompt injection commands, or spam vectors.
  • Comply with all third-party platform policies, including the Meta Developer Policies, WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and WhatsApp Business Policy. MudraForge shall not be liable for any suspensions, blocks, or service restrictions imposed by Meta Platforms, Inc. due to user violations of such terms.

4. Platform Security & Input Validation

To protect platform integrity and prevent unauthorized access or adversarial exploits, all inbound messages across all channels are processed via automated edge-based input validation controls. By interacting with our agents, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The platform automatically normalizes, sanitizes, or filters hidden formatting characters, structural tags, and external hyperlinks from user queries.
  • Queries containing malicious scripting instructions, excessive repetition, or prompt injection attempts (designed to override operational parameters or extract system directives) will be flagged and rejected automatically.
  • We utilize pre-processing semantic safety classification systems to evaluate input safety prior to routing queries to primary reasoning engines. Short, standard text messages may bypass this verification to maintain low-latency response times.

5. Traffic Monitoring & Service Restriction

We actively monitor request frequency, query content, and threat telemetry using local edge metadata to protect our infrastructure:

  • The platform enforces automated rate-limiting and transaction-filtering to prevent denial-of-service, abuse, or excessive resource consumption.
  • Violations of safety policies or security rules will automatically elevate a session's internal risk rating, resulting in restricted access categories (including standard, monitored, restricted, or blocked statuses).
  • If a session is assigned a restricted status due to suspected prompt injection, flooding, or security violations, the system may restrict output generation, serving pre-configured static responses or standard templates instead of executing dynamic tool calls, without prior notice or liability.
